Thomas P. Lambert is a trusted advisor to multinational organizations, local businesses, insurance companies, and their insureds. Tom represents clients in commercial and civil litigation as well as corporate and real estate transactions, providing advice and counsel. His breadth of experience extends across nearly every area of law, including professional liability, premises liability, products liability, employment, and directors & officers liability, involving claims of construction defect, personal injury, wrongful death, discrimination, breach of fiduciary duty, and negligence. He also serves as general counsel to local businesses throughout Fairfield County.

He also recently represented a construction company involved in the collapse of a rebar cage used to build a bridge abutment, which resulted in multiple injured parties, one of whom sustained a brain injury, paralysis, and blindness and was later conserved and institutionalized.
