Travis is a Transactions lawyer specialising in private and public M&A transactions. He is recognised for his commercial acumen and technical excellence across a breadth of industries and is always working to ensure he can effectively manage complex legal issues and transactions for his clients.
Travis’ recent experience includes advising:
- Kelsian Group (ASX:KLS) on their US$325m (~A$487m) acquisition of All Aboard America! Holdings Inc. (AAAHI) and the associated A$281m capital raising;
- KKR on its acquisition of a majority interest in Colonial First State (CFS) and the establishment of a strategic partnership with Commonwealth Bank of Australia;
- KKR on its $2 billion acquisition of MYOB by way of scheme of arrangement;
- Dulux Group on its $4.2 billion acquisition by Nippon Paints by way of scheme of arrangement; and
- KKR on corporate aspects of its $3.2 billion acquisition of Arnott’s and certain international operations of the Campbell Soup Company.
Travis was named as ‘One to Watch’ in the area of Corporate Law in Best Lawyers 2025.
