Tye Hanseen is a shareholder and dedicated attorney at MACLAW, where he specializes in providing expert legal counsel to clients navigating the complexities of governmental entities, business law, real estate law, tort defense (e.g., premises liability, wrongful death, security), personal injury, HOA litigation, special investigations, and appeals.
He is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and all Nevada courts, including the Nevada Supreme Court and Nevada Federal District Court. With over two decades of legal expertise, he has managed hundreds of matters, which have provided a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Throughout his career, Mr. Hanseen has honed his skills both inside and outside the courtroom, navigating a diverse array of legal challenges with precision and effectiveness. He is fair, persuasive, and strategic in his ability to secure favorable outcomes for his clients. He also has a deep understanding of negotiation tactics and alternative dispute resolution methods. Further, Mr. Hanseen has demonstrated a strong commitment to staying at the forefront of legal developments and industry trends.
His dedication and multi-faceted approach allows him to tailor legal strategies to the unique needs and objectives of each client, whether advocating for them in high-stakes litigation, complex legal transactions, or skillfully negotiating favorable settlements. Mr. Hanseen enjoys a life outside of his professional pursuits. Prior to law school, he was offered college scholarships for football and baseball. He ultimately chose baseball and competed at the Division 1 level in what was arguably the best and most feared baseball conference in the country. Thereafter, he spent time playing in the Atlanta Braves organization before retiring to pursue interests and aspirations he believed were more worthy of his time and talents. Since 2001, Mr. Hanseen has lived in Las Vegas. He has also spent time in California, Utah, Oregon, Wisconsin, and South America. He is actively involved in his community, desires to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others and believes in developing a strong worth ethic and understanding the role of failure in learning and growing. He enjoys working on non-legal related projects, participating in and watching sports, outdoor activities, competition, and friend/family focused holidays.
