Valérie Menoud

Dr. Valérie Menoud is a partner and leading practitioner in our Banking and Finance group and co-heads the Investigations practice in Geneva. She specializes in banking, financial services and corporate law. With a focus on serving clients in the banking, insurance and wealth management sectors, she advises on a wide range of issues, including regulatory, compliance, and contractual matters. Valérie regularly assists in proceedings and represents clients before the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and other authorities. Her expertise also covers corporate reorganizations, governance, ESG, and sustainable finance.
