Vicki Bronson is an experienced business, trial, and real estate attorney who focuses on achieving her client’s goals effectively and efficiently. Her trial practice includes complex commercial litigation, antitrust defense, class action defense, and environmental claims. Vicki is currently defending multiple high-stakes federal and state antitrust class action cases. In addition, Vicki has extensive experience in successfully representing corporate clients in the defense of environmental litigation, including CERCLA, RCRA and related state law claims, including a recent complete dismissal of her client in an alleged toxic tort claim. She has also successfully represented clients in copyright, trademark, product liability, breach of contract, medical malpractice, and trade secret litigation. Vicki has successfully argued before the Arkansas Supreme Court, Arkansas Court of Appeals, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to litigation, Vicki has decades of experience in real estate, representing developers, builders, and other clients in real estate matters. Vicki also serves as a Certified Mediator. She received extensive training and certification from Pepperdine University School of Law Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution and has participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations, as both counsel and mediator.
Using her years of training and experience as both a trial lawyer and mediator, Vicki assists clients with internal training and investigations, carefully navigating relationships, under the strictest confidence.
Vicki was selected by Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers of the Mid-South in commercial litigation. She is one of only two members of the firm selected to the American Board of Trial Advocates. She is also a Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America. In 2023, Vicki serves as Vice-Chair of the ABA Antitrust Section’s Agriculture and Food Committee.

- Successfully defeated class action certification in toxic tort case involving TCE
- Successfully negotiated low settlement on behalf of insurance client in defense of bad faith claim with potential damages in excess of $15 million
- Successfully defeated class certification in alleged water pollution case
- Obtained defense verdict in toxic tort and alleged “cancer” cluster case
- Co-counsel for Fortune 500 company in successfully defeating claim alleging personal injuries based on product liability
- Represented developer in transactions involving several multi-million dollar student housing complexes near the University of Arkansas
- Represented developer in several real estate transactions involving tax credit and historical preservation issues
- Represents several commercial property developers in Arkansas and Oklahoma
- Represents residential and commercial construction companies
