Victor has more than 17 years of experience in the practice of Intellectual Property. He joined BC&B in 2004, named Associate of the firm in 2012 and junior partner in 2018.
He is the Head of the Trademark and Copyrights areas of the firm in Mexico and abroad. He is in charge of the Trademarks and Copyright areas of the firm both in Mexico and abroad. He advises transnational and domestic companies and understand the needs of practically all kind of industries, such as Technology, Telecommunications, Consumer Goods, Automobiles, Food and Beverage, Retail, Luxury Clothing.
