Vincent E. "Vince" Morgan

Vince Morgan focuses his practice primarily on insurance law and risk management. He has represented corporate policyholders in successfully obtaining coverage through litigation and arbitration in a wide variety of insurance coverage disputes involving:

• commercial property and business interruption insurance

• commercial general liability coverage;

• professional liability policies;

• aviation hull and liability coverage;

• directors' and officers' coverage; and

• other specialized forms of commercial insurance.

His work also includes taking an active role in the legal aspects of Enterprise Risk Management programs by assisting corporate clients with the design, implementation, and monitoring of ERM processes, working directly with clients individually and as part of multidisciplinary teams.

He currently serves as an Officer for the Insurance Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and as a member of the Editorial Board of West's Insurance Litigation Reporter.

Mr. Morgan is a co-author of two leading reference authorities on insurance coverage, including West Publishing's CAT Claims: Insurance Coverage for Natural and Man-Made Disasters, which is the only legal treatise specifically focused on insurance coverage issues involving catastrophe losses.
