Vincent Girard

Vincent Girard is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial Law Group of our Quebec City office. His practice focuses on business law, financing and mergers and acquisitions.

Vincent has extensive experience in the commercial field and acts on behalf of companies in various industries, particularly in the technology sector. He works for clients in the context of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate financings and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.

In addition, Vincent is a member of the American Bar Association.
