Vincent Robert

Vincent is a Senior Associate in KRB’s Real Estate group whose practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate and transactional law. Prior to joining the firm as an Articling Student in 2017, he obtained his degree in civil law from the University of Sherbrooke. During his studies, Vincent was admitted to the cooperative program, which allowed him to complete several internships in-house at a Montreal-based company operating in the bio-refineries and renewable energy sectors with activities in Alberta, the United States and Europe. Since being called to the Quebec Bar in 2017, he has worked in close collaboration with clients and senior attorneys at the office to help oversee and manage complex closings and has developed an astute understanding of the importance of process management in real estate and M&A transactions. In addition, Vincent regularly assists KRB’s clients, whether owners or tenants, with the drafting and negotiation of their commercial, industrial and office leases.
