Warren Stengel has over 30 years of litigation experience and focuses his practice on serious personal injury claims. He has significant experience working with insurance companies and their attorneys throughout the litigation. His former defence work experience contributes to his knowledge of what needs to be done for a successful resolution on behalf of his client's needs.
Warren was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1992 and joined CAM LLP in 1996. He has been a Managing Partner since 2004 and has focused on helping people who have suffered serious personal injuries. He is certified as a Level II mediator and uses his knowledge to help his clients.
Warren is an experienced lawyer who actively defends his clients. He is known for his open communication, practical and collaborative approach to resolving cases. He is always thoroughly prepared and believes in transparency in the claims process. Warren's experience with insurance companies also helps him understand what needs to be done to move a client’s claim to a successful resolution and to provide appropriate compensation.
He has actively participated in his community throughout his career. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, former Edmonton Judicial District Representative for the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association (ACTLA) and ongoing ACTLA member. Over the years, he has been actively involved in coaching youth sports and volunteering on various boards. He has coached soccer, hockey, and baseball at various ages and levels.
