Yannick is an expert in construction law providing advice to owners, general and specialized contractors, and suppliers of materials. He is experienced in handling claims for delays, breach of contract and the recovery of funds, particularly through the use of construction hypothecs, as well as claims for faulty work and hidden defects.
He has represented various construction industry stakeholders before traditional courts and bodies offering alternative dispute resolution methods, such as arbitration and mediation.
From 2010 to 2013, he acted as Secretary of the Board of Directors of LeVic, an organization dedicated to succession planning in the real estate and construction industries.
From 2019 to 2023 he acted as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Association Québécoise des Entrepreneurs en Infrastructure (AQEI).
