Areas of Expertise
Zachary is a distinguished partner at Patton Sullivan Brodehl LLP and a seasoned trial attorney with a keen focus on navigating complex business and real estate litigation, often involving high-stakes. Zachary has demonstrated exceptional advocacy for individuals and businesses alike. His impressive track record spans a variety of matters, ranging from disputes among real estate investors, battles between LLC managers/members or partners, to neighborly conflicts, title insurance issues, nondisclosure cases, and commercial lease disputes.
Commencing his career in insurance defense, Zachary learned to oversee cases from inception to resolution early on his career. His proficiency covers the entire litigation spectrum, including negotiations, case development, discovery, mediation, and arbitration/trial proceedings. Notably, Zachary participated in over 100 depositions of all types within his first decade of practice, offering him invaluable experience that accelerated his practical knowledge and litigation skills compared to many of his peers. Over the past 5-10 years, he has successfully transitioned his litigation expertise to focus on intricate business and real estate disputes.
