Zinnia Khan is an Associate in Freeman, Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Boston office. She also practices in the firm’s Professional Liability Defense and Labor and Employment Law groups. Ms. Khan has a broad litigation practice, which includes the defense of workplace harassment and discrimination claims, wage and hour claims, privacy and tort claims, non-compete and other contractual matters, and other EPL claims. Ms. Khan handles matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, such as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Ms. Khan also defends Professional Liability claims, including suits against attorneys, accountants, and other professionals, along with the defense of private businesses, retailers and individuals in general liability, contract and G.L. ch. 93A Consumer Protection Act matters.
Prior to joining Freeman Mathis & Gary, Ms. Khan practiced at a boutique litigation firm where she gained experience primarily representing clients in employment law disputes before the courts and MCAD.
Ms. Khan received her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2017 and her B.A. from Wichita State University, magna cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Khan completed internships at the United States Department of Justice, a multinational financial services firm, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, and the Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General. Ms. Khan was President of the South Asian Law Students Association and participated in BC Law’s Civil Litigation Clinic.
