Daniel A. Spitze

Daniel Spitze advises domestic and international clients on labor and employment law matters across Germany. His diverse client base ranges from employees and senior executives to startups, SMEs, and listed corporations in various industries. His main focus areas include variable remuneration disputes, contract negotiations and separation processes. Additionally, he specializes in providing strategic guidance on restructuring and M&A transactions.

Daniel’s experience cuts across the negotiating table and the courtroom. He is known for his ability to swiftly negotiate settlements and close deals, while also being prepared to litigate vigorously, when needed. His clients in particular value his responsive, clear, and practical advice, especially with difficult legal issues and in challenging situations.

Admitted to the bar in 2012, Daniel holds a PhD from Philipps-Universität Marburg, an LL.M. from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and an Executive Diploma in Law and Management from Universität St. Gallen (HSG).
