Gabriel is the founding partner of the Firm, and has been practicing labor and employment law for almost 40 years. He is widely recognized as a leading attorney by companies, unions, business chambers, universities, public servants, bar associations, and his own peers.

As managing partner, Gabriel oversees the different teams the Firm is divided into, which handle in total more than 3,000 lawsuits, as well as the consultancy department. He also deals directly with all collective labor relationships affairs, and has played a key role in the labor peace that has prevailed in the State of Nuevo León, where the firm is located, through his legal representation and counsel to companies and business chambers, establishing transparent and good relationship with unions and government.

Gbariel has a wide experience in litigation and consultancy, and has provided advice throughout his career to national and multinational companies of virtually every branch of industry and service, as well as to government organisms.
