Genna Wood

Genna Wood is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. Her broad practice focuses on commercial litigation, including corporate/commercial disputes, product liability, class actions defence, securities litigation and oppression cases. She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario as well as the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She also acts as counsel in private arbitrations.
